Payments & Refunds

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, tabby and tamara. Payments made for consultations or travel planning support are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds, if applicable, are granted at our discretion only if no services have yet been delivered.
